I work with adult and adolescent clients struggling with life transitions, distressing thoughts and

emotions, and trauma. My aim is to support my clients in creating a meaningful life, deepening their connection with themselves, and developing abilities that will help them meet future challenges. I work to build a space of compassion and curiosity that allows us to tenderly hold pain and trauma and discover ways to no longer have them dominate their lives. I seek to empower clients to free themselves of unhelpful patterns and heal the wounds that get in the way of moving forward.

My approach focuses on the whole person: when we are brave enough to change one part of ourselves, it affects other parts of our lives. I believe that wholeness is possible for everyone; our problems often come from what the world teaches us and our attempts to cope with systems that devalue our experiences and create immediate or long-term trauma. I’ll work to understand you and how your social environment affects you, and advocate with you when we can.

I provide psychoeducation, experiential skills, and trauma treatment to help my clients grow in the ways important to them. I primarily use acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and internal family systems (IFS), which in session looks like into creating new experiences for my clients to learn from, learning and practicing skills, and tending to the unmet needs of my clients’ parts.
I describe myself as neurodivergent, transgender (ze/she), and introspective. Outside of therapy I enjoy sport climbing, bicycling, playing with the cats with whom I live, playing music and finding quiet moments in nature.

I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in counseling at City University of Seattle.
