Black women are carrying extraordinary levels of stress in this season of life. We have experienced job loss at disproportionate rates, faced constant pressure from media and society to be more, say more, and produce more, and continued to witness violence in our communities. All while holding space and empathy for others.
This group is a sacred space created specifically for Black women to exhale.
Here, we will release our hurts, talk honestly through our fears, and lay down the burdens of constant performance. Together, we will explore what it means to rest, to be supported, and to show up as our full selves without expectation or judgment.
Our goal is to build connection, find common ground, and remind one another that we do not have to carry everything alone. This is a supportive, affirming space where healing, honesty, and community are centered.
